Nero's Wave Editor software performs well. It worked fine yesterday on Windows 8.1 and will not today on Windows 10. It doesn't matter at this point if I have an audio system or not, Audition will not respond when the PLAY button is pressed. I was pointing out that the problem was the program is unresponsive when the play button is pressed. This would be compatible with both 32 bit and 64 bit windows.All the responses I've read thus far appear that the problem was an audio driver or a speaker wasn't plugged it and they weren't hearing audio sound.
